Biography

Pooja Anand is the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit at Robinhood Markets. Overseeing the Internal Audit function, she delivers independent and objective internal audit assurance supporting the company’s governance, risk, and controls. Pooja also oversees the Enterprise Risk function and reports quarterly to the Safety, Risk and Regulatory Committee of Robinhood’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Robinhood, she held leadership roles in Enterprise Risk Management at First Republic Bank and the Internal Audit Transformation practice at Deloitte, leading engagements across fintech, banking, and large technology companies. Pooja holds a B.S. in Computer Applications from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, an M.S. in Information Systems and Marketing from FORE School of Management, and an MBA from California State University.
