Seok Lee is the Vice President of Total Rewards at Robinhood Markets. Prior to joining Robinhood, he led the Total Rewards teams at Airbnb and Lyft. Earlier in his career, he was a Data Warehouse Engineer and an Executive Compensation Consultant at Mercer Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
